Booking Terms and Conditions

 

By booking with Sky's Travel, you agree to our terms:

  1. Emergency Support: We provide 24/7 emergency assistance at 1-888-541-4044, Option 0.
     
  2. Baggage Fees: Extra fees may apply; check with your airline website or call their customer service.
     
  3. Agency Role: Sky's Travel acts as an agent for travel services and is not liable for third-party issues.
     
  4. Price Changes: Prices may increase until full payment is made; any increase due to taxes or fees after payment is your responsibility.
     
  5. Cancellation: All bookings are non-refundable; cancellations may incur up to 100% of the cost.
     
  6. Payments: A minimum deposit of $300 per person is required and is non-refundable. Final payments are due 90 days before departure.
     
  7. Change Fees: We charge a $75 change fee for domestic travel and $150 for international travel, plus any provider fees.
     
  8. Credit Card Transactions: You are responsible for any charges made by the provider.
     
  9. Insurance: We recommend travel insurance; claims must go through the insurer.
     
  10. Additional Fees: Local taxes and surcharges may apply.
     
  11. Liability and Responsibility: We are not liable for third-party acts or omissions.
     
  12. Travel Documents: Ensure all your documents are valid; errors can result in cancellations.
     
  13. Health and Entry Requirements: Check health and visa requirements for your destination.
     
  14. Refusal of Service: Providers can refuse service for several reasons, including lack of proper documentation or disruptive behavior.
     
  15. Privacy and Legal: Our privacy policy is available online; all disputes are governed by California law.

       Friends & Family Booking Policy

 

       Effective Date: March 1, 2025
 

  • At Sky’s Travel, we are dedicated to providing exceptional travel services while maintaining transparency, fairness, and compliance with industry regulations. To ensure consistency in our operations, the following policy applies to bookings for friends and family:
  • Booking Guidelines:
  • Sky’s Travel does not process individual bookings for friends and family. However, they are welcome to join an existing group event if one is already in place.
     
  • Friends and family must book under the designated group package and follow the same terms, pricing, and conditions as all other participants. No customized itineraries, special accommodations, or separate travel arrangements will be made outside of the group package.
  •  All bookings will be processed at standard customer rates—no special discounts, perks, or commission adjustments will be extended unless explicitly stated in an official promotion.
  •  Travel arrangements for friends and family must go through the standard booking process. Personal or off-the-record transactions will not be accommodated.
  • Compliance & Restrictions:
  • All bookings must follow third-party supplier agreements, pricing policies, and industry regulations. Sky’s Travel strictly adheres to these guidelines to ensure fairness and integrity.
  • Employees are not authorized to manipulate pricing, availability, or itineraries for friends and family. Any violation may result in revoked booking privileges or further disciplinary action.
  • Friends and family bookings are subject to availability and cannot be prioritized over regular client reservations.
  •  Cancellations, changes, and refund policies for friends and family follow the same terms as any standard client booking. Our refund policy is nonnegotiable and nonrefundable. We highly recommend purchasing travel protection to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances.
  • Group Travel Participation:
  • Friends and family may only participate in an existing group event if space is available and they meet all eligibility requirements.
  • Additional travelers must comply with all group travel requirements, including deposit deadlines, payment schedules, itinerary restrictions, and package inclusions.
  • Customizations, separate travel arrangements, or individual modifications outside of the group package will not be accommodated.
  • Any last-minute additions are subject to approval and availability, with no guarantee of inclusion.
  • Exceptions & Special Considerations:
  • Exceptions to this policy are rare and may only be considered at the sole discretion of Sky’s Travel management. Requests must be submitted in writing for approval.
  • Any special promotions or offers for friends and family will be clearly outlined and communicated in advance.
  • If a friend or family member wishes to book outside of a group event, they must do so as a standard client under normal booking terms.
  • Employee Responsibilities & Confidentiality:
  • Employees are expected to uphold this policy and ensure that friends and family understand the guidelines before booking.
  • Any attempt to bypass this policy, misrepresent a booking, or provide unauthorized discounts will result in disciplinary action.
  • All client and booking information must remain confidential—employees are not permitted to disclose pricing, availability, or travel details outside of official channels.
